Christian Acts of Kindness at the Fair
The Acts of Kindness Ministry will be serving a free breakfast for the Oconto County Fair Workers on Thursday, August 19th at 8:30 a.m. We need volunteers to help with set-up, clean-up, cooking (day of at the Fair Grounds), making homemade muffins and/or cinnamon rolls, serving the food and also financially (designate offering to Christian Acts of Kindness). Installation Service for Pastor Jon
Rev. Jonathan Carlson will be installed as our Lead Pastor on Sunday, June 6th at Hillside in Gillett. District Superintendent, Rev. John Davis will be speaking. Appetizers, cake, and ice cream will follow in the Gym. The service will be live-streamed to the Pound campus.
Pastor Paul’s Retirement Celebration
Join us for a special joint service as we celebrate Pastor Paul’s retirement on May 30, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Hillside in Gillett. District Secretary, Rev. Rich Lemberg will be speaking, along with special presentations from our deacon board. A meal will follow the service in the Hillside Gym. Feel free to show a token of appreciation if you wish. There will be no service at the Pound campus on May 30th.
